Responsibility
- data management - ensuring customer data is accurate across different systems, adding new users and removing leavers at the customers request
- retrieving reports when required in a timely manner to ensure exceptional customer service is maintained
- scheduling bespoke pre-planned learning lists to encourage customer engagement of the platform
- scheduling two weekly emails showcasing new content for our customers
- retrieving reports and sending chaser emails to achieve 100% completion of learning plans on the customers request
- creating marketing assets including bespoke assets supporting platform adoption
- perform other administrative duties as assigned
- account management of customer accounts, supporting the customer throughout the subscription
