- deputise in the absence of The Site Manager
- to ensure that the shop is presented and maintained to set acceptable standards in all areas at all times
- ensure that all administration and paperwork for remit of this position are up to date, signed and checked on a weekly/ monthly basis
- warehouse experience: 1 year
- playing a key part of the warehouse team ensuring that the sites, wholesale and online orders are packed and delivered efficiently
- warehouse experience: 3 years
- shop Orders, adding cost of stock ordered to Xero and send updated forms to the shops
- creating wholesale order invoices
- update Cash Tracker and locations
- create Monthly P and L’s of each business
- manage the Directors board calendars
- update holiday trackers
- prepare monthly Business Review Documents
- order perishable items as stock needed
