THE PLYMOUTH PAVILIONS is looking for employees for positions:
- to be first point of contact for customers online and via the telephone
- to utilise the Ticketing system to its full extent to capture data, plan and inform
- to support the Sales & Marketing Manager in initiatives to encourage the development and growth of sales
- 40 hrs per week
- to ensure day to day compliance with all company policies and procedures
- reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
- to ensure that all data captured is accurate, and relevant, and in accordance with UK General
- to undertake such duties commensurate with the post, to meet the needs of the business
- good understanding of customer and client care ✓
- able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the ticketing
- experience of working within a customer facing role ✓
- ✓ industry
- experience of scoping and delivering the needs of customers ✓
- able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the live events
- experience of working in a similar venue ✓
- excellent level of IT skills ✓

- £30,000 - £33,500 per annum, dependent on experience
