Responsibility
- candidates must be over 18 years old due to alcohol sales and must be available to work evenings & weekends
- as a front of house team member at the Plough you'll be the face of our business. You'll thrive in a customer-facing role, pulling together as a team, because it's the people that make it all worthwhile
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces
Requirements
- previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- knowledge of basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- basic knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is a plus
