Responsibility
- we are currently new business in Newland avenue and we looking Front of House Staff
- greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- seat guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations to enhance the dining experience
- ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages to customers
- assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables, arranging decorations, and replenishing supplies
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- as a member of our front of house team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is a plus
- A positive and team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing attitude. - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver excellent service consistently. - Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
