Responsibility

- monitor progress of jobs and raise any issues detected that need escalating
- log information and data in an efficient and accurate matter onto various record systems, mainly on excel and existing database

- forecast recurring revenues using appropriate systems
- production of Business Development literature and updating Social Media Accounts
- liaise with sub-contractors when necessary to arrange completion of works and timely return of paperwork
- 3rd Party Supplier returns and administration for third party services
- provide resilience and operational continuity across businesses, removing single points of failure
- coordinating directors diary and meeting appointments
- assist with chasing up outstanding documents such as quotations, details, work schedule dates etc
- log information and data in an efficient and accurate matter onto various record systems
- help complete reports on a weekly/monthly basis, minute meetings and follow up on actions
- general admin duties / answering the phone
- minimise revenue loss through attrition - proactive approach to maintaining contracted ongoing revenues once product supply or project implementation is complete
- 3rd Party Supplier annual returns and administration for other asynchronous renewals, including raising POs e.g. Exacom, ESRI etc
- assist with chasing up outstanding documents such as quotations, H&S compliance details, work schedule dates etc
- assist the Heads in booking meetings and liaising with contractors in scheduling site repairs and maintenance visits
- liaise with and effectively help manage site teams and sub-contractors where required
