- ability to facilitate bookings remotely for students based in the UK and overseas from our Head Office
- through strong relationships with our students, create referral and re-booking opportunities
- set up viewings with our residence-based teams around the UK
- spreading Vita Student’s brand awareness
- to follow up all enquiries and leads with a view to securing lettings for the accommodation
- if you are MANDARIN SPEAKING with some sales experience as a; Lettings Negotiator, Lettings Executive, Estate Agent, Sales and Marketing Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Advisor or Business Development Executive etc or just interested in a 'sales through service' sales role then please forward your CV
