  • cooking for restaurant occupancy of 120 covers
  • work effective in a team with other chefs
  • cooking for parties
  • keeping the paper work and checks up to date
  • support and help the Head Chef to maintain high standards and run the kitchen effectively
  • checking and controlling stock levels on regular basis
  • cooking from scratch using recipes
  • complying with special dietary requirements

Requirements

  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • food and hygiene certification
  • great cooking skills
  • the Successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within good quality kitchens
  • must be able to work evenings and weekends
