- scheduling the usage of ingredients and materials to ensure optimal production
- sourcing and purchasing of ingredients and packaging
- monitoring material supply flow and identifying any shortages or bottlenecks in usage that may arise
- building and sharing the weekly production plan with the Operations teams
- ensuring sufficient levels of cover are in place to meet the demand
- readjusting plans when targets are not achieved
- coordinating workflow for one or multiple products
