- the Nelson Trust are looking for a female Volunteer Receptionist in our Somerset Women's Centre
- the Women’s Centre offers a range of programs including counselling, therapy, workshops, group support, and practical assistance
- the Nelson Trust Women’s Community Services, is part of The Nelson Trust organisation, providing specialised support and services for women who have experienced addiction, trauma, abuse, homelessness, and mental health challenges

- tailored to the unique needs of women. Our reception area is a crucial part of the women’s centre and is open on a 9am to 5pm basis Monday to Friday
- as a volunteer receptionist at a women’s centre, your role would involve being the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and clients
- we require someone who is reliable, flexible and able to take initiative to support our administrators to welcome women into the centre
- the successful candidate will have experience in the reception duties, or a passion to gain that experience, an understanding of trauma and why women access our women’s centre, demonstrating warmth and respect for the women we serve
