- work closely with key stakeholders to understand operational and strategic goals and requirements
- recruit, train, develop and manage a team of system experts to provide effective, high quality training and support to end users
- we are looking for a dynamic and creative professional who can help lead our CRM system into our next stage of growth as a charity
- provide effective third-line troubleshooting alongside the CRM System Coordinator
- as CRM Manager, you will lead a team to ensure our CRM system meets operational and strategic requirements, empowering the team to work efficiently and effectively by providing leadership and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and by taking ownership of system processes
- you will be responsible for the continued review of system performance and user behaviour to identify risks and barriers, to ensure NYAS systems and processes remain compliant and sustainable
