Requirements
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- proven experience in the nail industry with a minimum of 5 years
- NVQ Level 2 in Nail Technology, Beauty Therapy, or equivalent, minimum
- ensure a welcoming, immaculate salon ambiance
- passion for nails and beauty
- tackle client concerns professionally, turning potential challenges into opportunities
- strong organisational and time management abilities
- salon management experience preferred
