the shifts will be four days and four days off, 7pm to 7am
attend to any incidents throughout night service- responsible for checks and attendance in the event of a emergency services attendance
as a Night Porter, you will be away from the hustle and bustle of our busy restaurant and bar given your late starts
we are seeking enthusiastic, calm under pressure, team to be our next Night Porter, usually working a 4 on 4 off pattern of night shifts
in terms of what you’ll actually be doing, your responsibilities as a Night Porter will be varied and will span from assisting with checking in and out late arrivals and departures and working on our bar serving guests that require service over-night
adopt a security and safety conscious attitude. Priority is to ensure our guest safety and satisfaction and safety of Hotel property- check house lists, complete fire and safety walks, maintain quiet sleeping areas throughout nights
complete Night checklists, including reception audits , complete cleaning schedules, preparing conference rooms and event space, check guests in and out, providing support for guest queries, for late service and early morning wake calls as required, commence breakfast set up as required

you will be the first point of contact for guests when they need assistance during their stay so a welcoming manner and a passion for making guests feel "at home" during their stay is essential
