  • as our Night Porter you will be personable and approachable

Responsibility

  • to organise and oversee large scale events across the resort, including private functions and weddings

Responsibility

  • monitoring the functionality of the telephone, CCTV and in house entertainment systems and report any malfunctions to the service providers
  • monitoring the key locking system for the bedrooms and ensure the backup system is operating efficiently
  • installing and de-commissioning all systems for employees joining or leaving the company and to carry out their initial training
  • acting as the main link between all levels of management ensuring that they have the right technical equipment and training to enable them to operate efficiently, to achieve the business strategies and objectives of the Resort
  • ensuring that all backup systems are functioning and being operated to the agreed procedures
  • identifying the requirements for new hardware and software within the Resort, procuring them at the most competitive price and install them in line with the manufacturers’ specifications and in accordance with company policy

  • clean dirty dishes and cookware
  • adhere to the structured cleaning plan for the kitchen, yard and bin area and record such

  • to be aware of your legal requirements under COSHH, HACCP within the business

  • booking third party services in accordance with Company and hotel procedures

  • frank all mail that comes in to concierge
  • distribute mail to the resort via the pigeon holes

Requirements

  • we have an opportunity for the position of Concierge to work within our Front of House Team, in Knutsford. You will receive a competitive salary per annum depending on experience
