- knowledge of grilling techniques,food safety, and sanitation regulations
- ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of orders
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- food Hygiene certificate
- ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
- experience in busy kitchens
