kitchen designer
Responsibility
- working closely with the Factory to ensure correct and valid information
- providing key support to teams across the business
- organizing jobs and carrying out office duties
- liaise with our customers and fitting teams
- deal with customer queries via telephone and email
- managing a busy email inbox
- liaising with customer, sales team and project managers about each order to ensure it is accurate from measurement on site until completion of order
- raising and closing jobs
Requirements
- you are responsible for ensuring the project runs seamlessly and on time once we have the customer requirements for their worktops
- we want somebody who cars about good customer service
- the Marble Group are an established company which has been running for 15 years and we are also one of the fastest growing within the UK. Our clients range from private customers, kitchen companies, developers and architects
- we are looking for a project manager, the role about ensuring the information gathered from the customer is correct before we begin production
