- act as the first point of contact for enquiries from other team members and patients as appropriate
- assist with/oversee GMS contract/QOF, IIF and PCN performance against targets, delegating as required, adapting as these evolve
- plan and carry out an active programme of clinical audit, delegating as required
- to oversee all aspects of patient related developments
- ensure practice compliance with Information Governance requirements including staff training and completion of the DSP toolkit
- in relation to being responsible for digital marketing of the Practice services
- provide assistance in ensuring the practice complies with CQC requirements
- communication/Relationships Provide and receive information as required, taking minutes of meetings when required
