Responsibility
- manage the daily operations of the bar and restaurant
- responsible for food and beverage service during all shifts
- the venue will be busy all year round with both local and regional visitors as well as holiday makers
- maintain inventory of alcohol and supplies
- ensure draft lines are cleaned and maintained
- ensure the bar cleaning scheduel is actioned and recorded
- ensure proper use of money by handling cash at all times
- ensure compliance licsensing laws regarding alcohol sales
Requirements
- proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a restaurant
- knowledge of restaurant management systems, practices, and procedures
- A Excellant knowledge of all types of beverages and cocktails
- flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
- supervising experience: 1 year
- restaurant management: 1 year
- bar management: 1 year
- hospitality: 1 year
