Requirements
- good attention to detail
- knowledge of PropCo advantageous but not essential

- ability to manage own time and work remotely in busy and complex role
Responsibility
- manage the ongoing Right to Rent reviews across the business, liaising with the branches and property management departments where necessary to ensure checks are accurately completed within required timescales
- ensure key providers have up to date branch details / staff users as required
- bespoke data projects. Preparing spreadsheets for release
- assist with managing Lettings Protocol, guides, training literature and information sheets to be used internally and externally throughout the lettings business ensuring that documentation, including PropCo letters, are up to date at all times and is in line with procedures, processes and legislation
