develop, manage, and maintain content on the practice’s website
ensure all information is up to date, including service offerings, news, and patient resources
create engaging content for social media channels , responding to public and patient queries
duties may be varied from time to time under the direction of Co-Ordinator/Lead Receptionist/I.T line, dependent on current and evolving Practice workload and staffing levels
plan, develop, and implement advertising campaigns to promote the practice's services and initiatives
develop and maintain strong relationships with local media and community organizations to promote the GP practice’s work
Requirements
experience in marketing, communications, or digital media
strong understanding of social media platforms and website management
excellent writing and content creation skills
ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines
strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences, including patients and the wider public
