- ensure all food storage areas are clean and properly organized
- dispose of trash and recycling properly
- follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- keeping our back of house areas clean and tidy, washing up, organizing
- previous experience working in a restaurant, kitchen, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
