Responsibility

  • the Wildlife Trust for Lancashire, Manchester & North Merseyside is looking for a HR Advisor to join our HR team
  • this is an exciting role and will provide a real opportunity to further develop your operational HR Portfolio
  • reporting to the Head of HR, you will be part of a small team providing exceptional HR service with high standards of advice and support

  • you will provide expert advice, guidance and support and coach managers on a range of employee relations matters including sickness absence, health and wellbeing conversations, conduct, performance, as well as supporting a wide range of HR projects as required
  • this position requires someone who can use their own initiative with determination and drive in a professional yet friendly manner who can be flexible in their approach whilst dealing with a wide range of people and situations
  • CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent work experience is essential along with a good understanding of ACAS principles and current Employment Law matters
