• our gardens, work places, schools, hospital grounds, farmland and towns can all become places where nature thrives
• we are looking for a passionate communicator to help reach and empower 1 in 4 people to take action for nature by 2030
• this is an 18 month contract with a possibility of extension subject to further funding
• this new role will see you identify the most impactful communications channels to reach out and connect with community groups, local organisations, farmers, business owners and faith organisations and help empower them to take-action for nature

• you will provide expert advice, guidance and support and coach managers on a range of employee relations matters including sickness absence, health and wellbeing conversations, conduct, performance, as well as supporting a wide range of HR projects as required
• this position requires someone who can use their own initiative with determination and drive in a professional yet friendly manner who can be flexible in their approach whilst dealing with a wide range of people and situations
• CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent work experience is essential along with a good understanding of ACAS principles and current Employment Law matters
