- the ability to gain excellent commitment from potential employees in order to maximise the offer to placement ratio

- agency/ job board management. Writing and managing high quality advertisements
- management of all job specifications and regular meetings with the management team to ensure strong communication across the business
- administration tasks, working closely with our HR manager, to ensure a smooth selection process
- getting highly involved in our training programme that we offer candidates. Assisting with the candidate’s set-up and initial days at the Knowledge Academy
