THE KILBRYDE HOSPICE is looking for employees for positions:
- have a good understanding and comply with relevant Kilbryde Hospice Policies and Procedures at all times
- the job description may change over time to reflect the changing needs of the service
- the post holder may be required to undertake other duties that could reasonably be considered commensurate with the post
- all staff are required to comply with the obligation of confidentiality relating to personal information that could identify individuals
- this job description is subject to periodic review and may be changed/updated following consultation
- this is a full-time role and the successful applicant will report to the Corporate Services Manager
- any breach of infection control policies which places patients, visitors or colleagues at risk may result in further action
- the post holder is required to familiarise him/herself with and comply with the Kilbryde Hospice Health & Safety policies
- proven work experience as a proficient Administrator or similar role
- HNC Administration or equivalent qualification / experience
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- robust working practice with online calendars and cloud-based IT systems. Ability to effectively organise & prioritise workload
- ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- enthusiastic and approachable
- ability to demonstrate presence of mind when working under pressure
- capable of handling multiple tasks and working to deadlines, ensuring that quality is never compromised
