THE HOUSE OF WELLBEING is looking for employees for positions:
- oversee all aspects of restaurant service,ensuring seamless operations across guest experience,set-up and delivery
- lead with visibility and energy on the floor,maintaining a strong presence and proactively resolving issues before they arise
- champion a warm,inclusive and high-energy guest experience that reflects the spirit of the venue while driving commercial performance
- maintain optimal atmosphere and capacity across all areas,balancing ambience,service flow and licensing standards
- conduct daily briefings to ensure the team is informed,motivated and aligned with service objectives
- manage and develop the restaurant team by overseeing recruitment,training,performance reviews and succession planning
- plan and manage weekly rotas that reflect business needs,ensuring efficiency and alignment with forecasted sales and events
- lead pre-service checks to ensure all areas are set and ready for service or event execution,maintaining consistency and excellence
- experienced in delivering a high-quality service in a members’ club venue or luxury hospitality setting
- proven success of commercial incentives,with a deep understanding of both high-end hospitality and nightlife
- organised with attention to detail,with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
- ability to problem-solve across a broad range of reactive issues with a positive attitude
- calm and composed working in high energy and high expectation venues

- £50,000 per annum plus benefits
