  • pay is £10.50 hour plus performance pay and latest finish 11pm weekdays and 7pm on Sundays

Requirements

  • proven experience in a previous position as head chef or as a senior sous chef
  • exceptional communication and organisational skills and the ability to show authority
  • the ability to manage, train and motivate your team and enjoy mentoring junior staff members
  • the ability to lead from the front and keep yourself and your team calm under pressure
  • the skill and enthusiasm to plan and deliver an exciting menu and specials board with the emphasis on fresh and local
  • previous experience in maintaining excellent gross profit
  • effective control regarding kitchen hygiene, GP and labour costs
