Responsibility
provide hair styling services to clients
consult with clients to determine their desired look
cut, colour, and style hair according to client’s wishes
maintain a clean and organized workspace
provide advice and suggestions to clients on how to maintain their hair
keep up with current trends in hair styling and techniques
you must have a can-do attitude, have strong communication skills and possess excellent time keeping. Be a team player working as a team helping one another in the salon
keeping the salon clean and tidy, handling payments, answering the phone and taking bookings using a salon software, making refreshments for the clients and help run all social media platforms
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
minimum of 5 years experience on the salon floor with 3 years experience running your own column of clients. Exceptional customer care with a friendly positive demeaner
