- collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences
- conduct research and analyse data to identify and define new and emerging audiences
- manage advertising budgets effectively to maximise ROI
- stay updated on industry trends and best practices for most effective ads
- work closely with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives
- develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Google, ensuring optimal reach and engagement to drive sales, brand awareness and ultimately be commercially successful
Requirements
- previous experience in managing and optimising Facebook and Google advertising campaigns required
- proven track record of successful online marketing campaigns
- self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- ability to adapt to a youthful, dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable products is a plus
- familiarity with Klaviyo and SEO is a plus
