Responsibility
- prepare and organise your treatment room for the day ahead
- perform excellent services within the appropriate time allotted
- provide consistent professional treatments in accordance with the spa policies and your training
- maintain and care for all equipment used in the spa in line with Granary Spa procedures
- complete treatments in line with Granary Spa procedures allowing correct product usage to maintain effective stock control
- the Granary Spa is looking for a Team leader/ Senior Spa Therapist who would like to grow and develop with the business. The ideal candidate will be working in our busy day spa supporting the Spa Manager
- have complete knowledge and understanding off all services and products offered
- we are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive team player who is compassionate, energetic, and passionate about creating a memorable guest experience. We pride ourselves on giving a friendly, personal and professional service
Requirements
- we require applicants to hold an NVQ level 2 and 3 certificate
- at least 2 years’ experience of working in a spa, with at least 6 months supervision or leadership experience
- knowledge of Phorest system would be highly advantageous
- the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
