Responsibility

  • prepare and organise your treatment room for the day ahead
  • perform excellent services within the appropriate time allotted
  • provide consistent professional treatments in accordance with the spa policies and your training
  • maintain and care for all equipment used in the spa in line with Granary Spa procedures
  • complete treatments in line with Granary Spa procedures allowing correct product usage to maintain effective stock control
  • the Granary Spa is looking for a Team leader/ Senior Spa Therapist who would like to grow and develop with the business. The ideal candidate will be working in our busy day spa supporting the Spa Manager
  • have complete knowledge and understanding off all services and products offered
  • we are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive team player who is compassionate, energetic, and passionate about creating a memorable guest experience. We pride ourselves on giving a friendly, personal and professional service

Requirements

  • we require applicants to hold an NVQ level 2 and 3 certificate
  • at least 2 years’ experience of working in a spa, with at least 6 months supervision or leadership experience
  • knowledge of Phorest system would be highly advantageous
  • the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
