Responsibility
- assess candidate performance accurately against selection benchmarks
- be available during scheduled work time to answer incoming calls, respond to candidate queries via email and live web chat, provide accurate information about the role of Professional Live-in Carer, our culture and values in a timely and professional manner
- resolve candidate complaints and ensure that, where appropriate, details/feedback is passed to the line Manager
- attend and actively participate in internal meetings, training sessions & company wide activities. Attend recruitment events as and when required
