manage Restaurants's good image ,promote events and suggest way to improve the business brand
create detailed reports on weekly ,monthly and annual revenues and expenses
coordinate daily Front of house and back of the house restaurant operations

maintain inventory of stock Level and ensure Restaurant/Bar is well stocked and clean

Requirements
bachelors degree in business administration ;hospitality management
proven work experience as a manager in hospitality industry , at least 2 years experience
strong Leadership, motivational and communication skill
extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredientsand dishes to inform customers and wait staff
