Responsibility
- the Golden Lounge is looking for Bar Manager who can help improving the standard and the service of the business
- manage Restaurants's good image ,promote events and suggest way to improve the business brand
- create detailed reports on weekly ,monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- coordinate daily Front of house and back of the house restaurant operations
- the Golden Lounge is one of the Leicester's people's choice for delicious Indian cuisine and drink with live music every weekend to bring you Bollywood party atmosphere
- maintain inventory of stock Level and ensure Restaurant/Bar is well stocked and clean
- the Golden Lounge is an expanding business with plans to open further site in future so this is the perfect opportunity for an individual who is willing to grow as a Bar Manager
- respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Requirements
- bachelors degree in business administration ;hospitality management
- proven work experience as a manager in hospitality industry , at least 2 years experience
- strong Leadership, motivational and communication skill
- extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredientsand dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- acute financial management skill
- supervising experience: 2 years
- restaurant management: 1 year
- bar management: 1 year
