Requirements
used to working with fresh ingredients to create wonderfully tasting and beautifully presented plates from the freshest local ingredients
enjoying creating beautiful food in both quieter times and our very busy months
because of our location, own transport will be required
level 3 NVQ or equivalent and expected standards, knowledge and desire to retain and achieve excellent standards in food hygiene at all times
