  • the ideal candidate will bring a strong proven background, passion, flair and a minimum of 1 years experience at a similar level in a busy Gastro or Hotel/Restaurant type environment and be used to working, and supporting the Head Chef and team

  • used to working with fresh ingredients to create wonderfully tasting and beautifully presented plates from the freshest local ingredients

  • because of our location, own transport will be required
  • level 3 NVQ or equivalent and expected standards, knowledge and desire to retain and achieve excellent standards in food hygiene at all times
