Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • operations/Transport Manager
  • ensure with Transport Manager that your daily collections are planned in with our customers using mobile device
  • check goods on with Customers and obtain signature and print
  • provide excellent customer service
  • handle customer issues on collection effectively and contact Transport Manager for assistance if required
  • carry out multi-collections in a timely and safe manner
  • supervise the loading of the vehicle so that mattresses and other items are safely loaded and secured to minimise chances of movement
  • drive the vehicle safely and in accordance with the UK regulations

Requirements

  • at least two years’ experience
  • experience of multi-collections roles
  • high levels of Health and Safety standards
  • numerate and literate
  • current CPC and tacho card
  • excellent verbal communication
  • ability to communicate effectively with Customers and Co-Workers
  • diligent attention to detail

Education

  • basic numeracy & literacy. Must have at least two years HGV driving experience, hold a clean driving licence and a current driver’s qualification card
