• we are looking for a Junior Chef / Chef de Partie to join our growing team at The Dartmoor Inn at Lydford
• maintain the standards set by the Inn and be able to cook consistently
• as a Junior Chef / Chef de Partie you will be confident in running a section of the kitchen confidently communication with the Sous & Head Chef. You will be able to work well under pressure and as a part of a team
• have a willingness to learn
• have a passion for food and cooking is essential for this role - you will be working with some of the best local ingredients and suppliers. We offer a frequently changing menu so input into dishes is welcomed and encouraged
