Requirements

  • previous hospitality experience preferred but not required

Responsibility

  • greeting and seating customers
  • explaining to customers how to order
  • always delivering a great customer experience
  • communicate stock levels to manager or assistant manager in preparation for the weekly order
  • clearing tables and cleaning for new customers in a timely fashion
  • daily / weekly cleaning sheet for the bar & cellar areas and is the responsibility of all team members
  • closing the venue at the end of a working day
  • upholding the challenge 25 policy
