  • our private, purpose-built care home is set in the pleasant market town of Hinckley. We specialise in Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care for 72-residents
  • 12-months ago, The Ashton Care Home was in quite a challenging situation regarding our agency usage and low occupancy
  • opportunity to earn an annual bonus ‘up to’ 40% of your annual salary – with OTE £105,000 per annum

  • today we celebrate using next to no agency, allowing us to provide quality care for our residents, whilst supporting our current staffing team develop and sit at 100% occupancy – Our reputation in the local market growing stronger by the day
