  • we have a position available for an experienced, strong and reliable Pastry/Dessert Chef to join our team
  • you will have access to the finest ingredients, with everything on our menus being made on site from fresh produce
  • we use whole carcasses for some of our supply
  • the Fisherman's Retreat is a family owned and run bar, restaurant and wedding venue set in 60 acres of beautiful Lancashire countryside, yet only 20 minutes from the centre of Manchester
  • salary meets the national minimum wage and is negotiable, depending on experience. You will also get a fair share of tips
  • due to our location you will need your own transport
  • all fish, fruit & vegetables are selected direct from market by ourselves and we use local farms as much as possible for all other produce
