  • the Farmhouse Surgery is a small GP surgery in Christchurch. The team comprises of 3 experienced GP Partners, 2 Salaried GP’s, 2 Nurses and 1 HCA, plus a team of supportive and experienced administrative and operational staff
  • we are part of Christchurch PCN, where we have support from an urgent response service, podiatry service, MSK practitioner service, a team of social prescribers, mental health team and health and wellbeing coaches
  • we also have an exceptional support network for our care home residents, consisting of regular GP ward rounds and an excellent frailty team
