Responsibility

  • perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms
  • change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and clean
  • restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed
  • report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
  • maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and dining areas
  • follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene are met
  • assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens, ironing
  • maintaining a clean and well-organized back-of-house area

Requirements

  • previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not essential
  • strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
  • previous experience in a supervisory role within hotel or commercial cleaning environments is preferred
  • strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff
