Responsibility

  • to ensure the overall management of the food operation including set up and break down and operation of these areas
  • support not just the head chef, but the entire kitchen team
  • to work under the head chef and in his absence, run the day to day operation and control procedures of the kitchen and all the food operations at all times, whilst complying with company standards and policies
  • suggest ideas and build menus with the head chef utilising the freshest and most seasonal ingredients, including using products from our very own butchers shop on site
