- motivating and Training all other members of kitchen team
- hospitality: 1 year
- customer Service: 1 year
- bartending: 1 year
- proven experience in the restaurant industry with a strong background in cooking, culinary arts, or bartending
- demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of food production, food safety standards, and supervisory practices
- previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is advantageous
- proficiency in food preparation techniques and menu planning
- restaurant management: 2 years
- work closely with the Operations Manager and Head Chef to ensure quality of food and service is delivered
- develop and execute proactive sales strategies to maximise revenue
- deliver above and beyond the sales budget targets month on month
- work closely with Management to set departmental budgets, sales targets, and marketing plans; regularly review progress against these
- maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, agencies, and corporate partners
- ensure all promotional materials are current and accurately reflect the hotel’s standards
- providing administrative support, including the upkeep of client databases and reservation systems
- being present at events, supervising execution to guarantee smooth operation and high satisfaction
- lead the planning and delivery of tailored proposals for events, ensuring a seamless client journey from enquiry to execution and post-event follow-up
- proven experience in sales within similar standard hospitality venues
- excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects
- proficiency in relevant office software and hotel systems
- degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is an advantage
- creative thinker with a commercial mindset, passionate about exceeding guest and client expectations
- A proactive approach with a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- flexibility to work irregular hours as required by the events schedule
