- we are looking for a talented Sous Chef, to join our kitchen team
- as Sous Chef you are the deputy to the Head Chef and a strong leader
- ensure every guest interaction is positive and with the intention of getting them to have a return visit
- you will be the person your team will look to help
- ensuring staff hours and rotas are managed and meet company percentages
- undertake all Head Chef’s responsibilities where relevant/needed
- all ordering ensuring budgets are adhered to and efficiency sought where
