- assist the Head Chef in managing and overseeing all kitchen operations
- maintain high culinary standards and ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
- supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring proper techniques and procedures are followed

- control food costs and minimize waste through efficient inventory management
- maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
Requirements
- proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary role
- exceptional knowledge of cooking techniques, food presentation, and kitchen management
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- flexibility to adapt to dynamic kitchen environments and high-volume service periods
- attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- food hygiene and safety certifications
- effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with colleagues at all levels
- adept at maintaining composure under pressure and making quick, sound decisions
