Responsibility
- ensure the staffing levels for all of the warehouse teams within the depot are operating within the agreed budgeted figures
- to train and guide the team to effectively handle each product compliantly & on time
- to ensure all unsorted mailings received into the network are segregated and sent to Warrington to be processed
- ensure mailings are compliant with the format and service selected
- ensure all non-compliant work streams are reported and resolved daily
- to manage the day to day running of all processing functions with the operation at the Bristol Depot. To include all e-commerce parcels, bulk and unsorted mail and the goods in and despatch functions
- manage the day to day processes of the Processing teams at the Bristol depot
- provide detailed processing reports
Requirements
- experience in the mail or parcel industry
- understanding of mail and parcel services
- customer service: 1 year
- administrative experience: 1 year
- warehouse Management: 2 years
- downstream Access: 1 year
