Responsibility

  • prepare, cook, and present food to a high standard
  • ensure an efficient and timely flow of food out of the kitchen
  • demonstrate knowledge of the menu and how to utilise good quality, local ingredients
  • the ideal candidate should have previous experience creating high-quality food for in a food operation for either a small restaurant or pub, and must be able to safely operate our kitchen's cooking equipment
  • we are seeking a Chef to join our culinary team
