Responsibility
you will have previously worked in a fast paced environment offering excellent customer service skills and leadership qualities
we are looking for an experienced bar manager to take responsibility for the day to day running of a busy pub and restaurant
you will need to be fully conversant with all aspects of the business from staff management and recruitment, abilities to open and close the business on a daily basis including cashing up, dealing with staff rotas, pipe cleaning and all general aspects in the day to day operations of the business
