Property Claims Apprentice Tewkesbury
Our First Party team are looking to recruit a number of apprentices to support the team in our Tewkesbury Office.We are committing to a 12 month training programme, people’s development, salary band progression and individual’s long term ambitions.Whilst training and learning on the job, successful candidates will take on work to support the team and build upon pre-existing skills and knowledge accompanied by classroom training.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that agreed key performance indicators are met & exceeded:Meet & exceed productivity measures as agreed with Operational Lead.Ensure you deliver a timely quality product within client SLA.Proactively manage customer and client complaints within company & FCA guidelines.Share examples of good news stories internally to aid training and promote the business.Aim to minimise need for field activity by undertaking thorough enquiries and implementing a robust contact strategy from desktop.Prepare and submit completed reports & evidential files to our clients, observing the highest professional standards.Provide inbound telephony support where directed by Operational Lead.Ensure case files are accurately maintained and reflect all activities undertaken.Work with business leadership as directed to undertake ad-hoc tasks to support the wider business.Adhere to all G4S Investigation Solutions policies, as well as applicable legislation, with particular emphasis applied to GDPR, Data Security and Health & Safety.QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA Level or Equivalent levelGCSE Passes in Maths and English LanguageSkills and KnowledgePlanning & OrganisingMeeting DeadlinesCommunicationTechnical KnowledgeRe
