Responsibility

  • the Luttrell Arms hotel are looking for a vibrant and outgoing individual to join the team as a Duty Manager
  • whilst on shift you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel which will include
  • ensuring all departments are briefed on the activities of the day
  • foreseeing any potential issues before they arise
  • dealing with both staff and guest issues
  • assisting in particular departments at peak times
  • ensuring all tills in the hotel balance, and any anomalies accounted for
  • seeing in deliveries and ordering stock

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
