Responsibility

Requirements

  • proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • minimum 2 years’ experience of working in an office

  • must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

Requirements

  • ideally a graduate with relevant business subjects or educated to at least A-level or equivalent level
  • proven experience in event sales co-ordination, executive assistant or other relevant administration support experience
  • minimum of two years’ office and ideally, event experience
  • in depth understanding of the entire Microsoft suite as well as other applications and IT platforms. Quick to learn new technologies
  • ability to organise a daily/weekly workload and prioritise
  • extremely competent organisation skills and be able to thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • high level of accuracy and attention to detail with self-starter qualities
  • must be able to problem solving, be self- motivated and quick thinking
