Responsibility

  • ensure great customer service for all clients in the clinic
  • maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the clinic
  • answer telephones and take bookings and payments
  • be the friendly, helpful face of our business when dealing with clients
  • ensure that clients appointments are checked out correctly, payments are correct
  • assist customers with directions, enquiries about treatments, and requests
  • work well and productively with the rest of the team in the clinic
  • carry out other duties as assigned

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • NVQ3 or equivalent in Beauty
  • 2-3 years experience in the aesthetics and beauty sector
  • beauty / aesthetics: 3 years
