Responsibility
- design and deliver the recruitment strategy, creating a full service including interviewing and onboarding for the whole business
- manage all recruitment for the company, both general turnover as well as supporting new store openings
- design, implement and management of HR policies
- managing all employee relation cases in a timely and professional manner
- proactively support Managers with probationary periods
- support all aspects of employment terms and conditions
- curate and drive performance reviews
- work side by side Store Managers and the Operations team to truly understand roles,ensure the workforce are engaged, involve
Requirements
- CIPD qualified
- previous HR Managerial experience preferably within the hospitality or retail industry
- strong IT skills
- A strong background in recruitment
- excellent people skills, being able to influence at various different levels to a variety of different stakeholders
- ability to multi task, prioritise and be well organised with a strong attention to detail
- you must have a driving licence and access to a car as you will need to visit stores
- this role is 40 hours a week, working 5 out of 7 days, so will include weekends when required
